Throughout this year, I have turned my small flat into a jungle. During the lockdowns, my plants became a source of joy- I get that sense of 'new leaf excitement' that only other plant people can understand! I took comfort in the fact that I could keep them alive, I could control something good and put my efforts into a hobby I found beautiful. Investing time into my immediate surroundings really helped get me through the past year of uncertainty. I made this print on my kitchen floor surrounded by my plants, to record what I thought it felt like in my flat during the second lockdown- an overflowing jungle.
